Hi! I’m Bridget.

I’m currently employed as a Communications & Marketing Specialist at the Dow Chemical Company. I have been previously employed at Independence Blue Cross, Victaulic, Everytown for Gun Safety, and Cities of Service, working in a variety of roles related to communications, copywriting, marketing, technical writing, and digital strategy.

In my spare time, I volunteer as a consultant for local political campaigns, nonprofits, and start-up organizations.

I graduated from Elon University in May of 2016 with a major in Environmental Studies and minors in Communications and Professional Writing & Rhetoric.

 

Who am I?

I’m driven and relentlessly positive. I’m fascinated by strategic, thoughtful marketing that incorporates quantitative and qualitative appeals in a cohesive story. I find joy in taking a project and creating the best possible outcome.

I’m a volunteer news writer for my local NPR station, a life skills tutor at nonprofit organizations, a Dungeons and Dragons game master, and an avid reader (check out my ongoing reading list here).
